Admin Assistant (based at Branches)
Location: Selangor / Kuala Lumpur / Butterworth / Kuantan / Ipoh / Skudai / Kota Kinabalu
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works, such as, responding to email and phone calls, etc.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, branch delivery orders, and other related documentations
- Perform and handle receiving and shipment related tasks
- Handle daily bank in and cash collection related tasks
- Assist to monitor employees’ attendance
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
- Assist to ensure smooth branch operations
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
Job Scope:
- Minimum SPM and above
- Computer literate
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Admin Assistant (based at Headquarters)
Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assist Planning Department
- Assist in various creditor related tasks (such as: Keying in Purchase Order, Order Confirmation and other related tasks)
- Assist in various debtor related tasks (such as: Keying in Sales Order, prepare Tax Invoices and other related tasks)
- Handle paperwork related tasks
- Ensure all documents are properly filed
Job Scope:
- Minimum SPM and above
- Computer literate
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Admin Assistant (based at Warehouse)
Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works
- Assist in branches stock movement related tasks
- Assist in warranty claim related tasks
- Perform proper filling to track items efficiently

- Minimum SPM and above
- Computer literate

Sales Assistant / Executive (based at Branches)
Location: Selangor / Kuala Lumpur / Butterworth / Kuantan / Ipoh / Skudai / Kota Kinabalu
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out sales opportunities and build a strong sales network
- Sell company goods (car spare parts)
- Work to achieve monthly sales target and KPI
- Respond and follow up with customer inquiries on various platforms
- Prepare sales related documents, such as, Sales Order, Packing List, and others
- Respond to and handle item returns and warranty claims
- Assist with store management or delivery when needed
Job Scope:
- Computer literate
- Have working experience in selling automotive spare parts is preferred for this position

Parts Assistant / Executive (based at Branches)

Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, host, and manage live streaming sessions on TikTok to promote our products and increase online sales.
- Engage with viewers during livestreams, answering questions, providing product information, and encouraging interaction.
- Monitor live stream analytics and adjust content strategies to improve performance and viewer engagement.
- Develop livestream content that aligns with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- Track and report on livestream performance, identifying key metrics such as viewer engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok features and trends to enhance livestream content and strategy.
Job Scope:
- Content Creation: Develop creative, engaging content tailored for livestreaming, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Customer Interaction: Build relationships with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and requests during livestream sessions.
- Sales Support: Promote products during live sessions to increase conversions and drive sales through TikTok's e-commerce platform.
- Analytics and Reporting: Collect data from livestream sessions, analyse performance, and make recommendations for improvements in future streams.
